AbdulKarim Yahya based on the classic text: Shamail al-Tirmidhi, the Seal of Prophecy seeks to bring us closer to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, through an uplifting reading of Imam Tirmidhi’s blessed work; a collection of sayings about the Prophet by his companions, in essence allowing us to spend time with the most perfect of creation and witness how every moment of his life was lived to please Allah.
The topics of this course include the Prophet’s appearance, character, day-to-day activities, and worship. By the end of this course, you will have deepened your knowledge of and attachment to the person of Allah’s Messenger, peace be upon him. You will be able to apply new Sunnas in numerous areas of your worship and day-to-day conduct. You will be able to answer detailed questions about the appearance, character, and practice of the Prophet, peace be upon him. In addition, you will be able to narrate a text of Prophetic traditions through a chain of transmission, and those who can read Arabic will have read from the Arabic text to the teacher.
This course is perfect for all Muslims who yearn for a stronger connection to al-Mustafa, peace and blessings be upon him. It supplements previous or future coursework in Full Moon Rising, The Dawn of Prophethood, and the The Rise of the Ummah.
