NOTICE: Tazkiah Lessons to Resume

From among the most important matters a Muslim should be concerned with is the purification of his heart from blameworthy traits. This is in order that he continue his wayfaring to his Lord and worship him according to proper insight. In doing so, he should strive to abide by the methodology of taqwa (God conciousness), both inwardly and outwardly. Consequently, he should be far from sin and disobedience.
For this reason, Habib Umar bin Hafidh (may Allah preserve him) has made it a priority to conduct online lessons in ‘Purification of the Heart’ to facilitate for people all over the world to attend and benefit.
Habib Umar will thus recommence these lessons in ‘Purification’, with a new text to be commenced and taught, beginning on Sunday 13 Shawwal 1432, corresponding to 11 September 2011, at 4.30pm (Makkah time).
The lesson will be simultaneously translated into English, with the entire session lasting for one hour. In the last half an hour, Habib Umar will accept questions from those in attendance.
