NOTE: Commemorating the Life of Hb. Muhammad bin Salim and Anniversary of Dar al-Mustafa

On 29th Dhul-Hijjah (this Friday 25th November) we commemorate the life and sacrifice of Habib Muhammad bin Salim bin Hafiz along with the establishment of Dar al-Mustafa, which was opened in 1414H (1994).
The attached biography was written in honour of this great imam.
A webcast of Dar al-Mustafa’s anniversary ceremony is scheduled to take place today, Friday, Nov. 25, after the Friday prayers at 13:45 Makkah time (10:45 GMT | 02:45 PST | 21:45 EDT), in sha Allah. It will be streamed via Habib Umar’s website.
There will be a khatm of Qur’an for Habib Muhammad. Then his mawlid (al-Nafhah al-Wardiyyah) will be read. Habib Umar may read the End of Year Dua of Habib Ali Al-Habshi after Maghrib.
